Essentium, Inc., a leading innovator of industrial additive manufacturing (AM) solutions, announced that it will launch its latest 3D printing platform Essentium high-speed extrusion 240 HT dual extruder 3D printer on Formnext in November this year. The newest member of the Essentium HSE product portfolio adopts a new industrial design, including a single dual extrusion print head, designed to maximize the performance, reliability and efficiency of part production-all in a small space.
The HSE 240 3D printer is small in size, suitable for small and medium-sized factory spaces and university laboratories. Its dimensions are only 1168 mm wide, 795 mm deep and 1687 mm high. It has an automatic filament switching function, which can reduce downtime and manufacture more parts in a compact environment. The HSE 240 3D printer has three printing modes that can use different materials to create high-precision parts in one print without sacrificing quality and performance.
The Essentium HSE 240 3D printer can meet the needs of even the most demanding industries, including aerospace, defense, automotive, and oil and gas by accelerating the production of complex parts while significantly reducing post-processing costs. As an open material platform, this 3D printer gives customers the flexibility to choose material printing options, allowing them to freely carry out innovative designs and make their vision a reality.

The Essentium HSE 240 3D printer will be exhibited at Booth D41 in Hall 12.1 of Formnext 2021. At the event site, the Essentium team will also demonstrate the HSE 280i HT 3D printer on site for the first time.
