This is ML170-180 PP PE film granulation machine which we have sold to Malaysia, it is used to produce HDPE LDPE agricultural film. This is customized machine,all parts is with very high quality.

Belt conveyer send the material into the compactor, after compactor the material will send into the extruder, compactor also called shreddering drum, that is for crush into small pieces.

Compactor, with feeder on the compactor to feeding some rigid material or some mast batch color. There is also hall off machine for the whole roll film, so that the material can be feeding into the material directly, no need to crushed preivious .

Water-ring hot die face pelletizing system, die parallel to the ground, this is horizontal pelletizing way, the die face is horizontal with the ground, this kind of pelletizing way is easilly to operate, and when you change the knives will be bery convenient. 
Water-ring granulation motor power 2.2kW.
Speed controlling by frequency conversion.
Containing:hot cutting die head,diffluence strick,water-ring cover,knife rest,cutterhead,toolbar,ect.

Machine under testing, material come from the first stage into the second stage, with two stage extruder, there is two screen changer, material can be more clean, and material come out from the die will be stably.

The first stage come to the second stage, we can put with L type and I type, its up to your factory space, normally we use L stype, so that material come from the first extruder screen changer directly into the .
