* Description:
This PET Recycling Machine is mainly used to recycling the waste PET bottles,water bottles,cola bottles , PET sheet and PET packing containers;

Remark:the machine can run for 8 hours constantly everyday.
*Working Flow (1000kg/h):
It includes the :conveyor belt,label remover(dry type or water type),sorting system(can be manually or automaticlly sorting system),metal detecing system,plastic crusher machine(plastic grinder),floating washing tank,hot washing tank,friction washing,after floating washing tank,dewatering machine,hot air drying system,label/dust/fin separator and packing system;The recycling line with above machines can easily remove the labels,caps,rings,glue,dirties and other impurities,finally you will get the clean PET flakes;
* optional choice:we also have the pre-washer, metal detector, blade sharpener,etc.for optional choice.

*Transportation and Packing:
• for the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box

• we will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording
• we can send cargo to client's warehouse to loading
