Cornell Group, a manufacturer of auxiliary equipment, has a new president.

The company based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania has appointed Jason Ganim to the position, effective November 8.

In a press conference on November 8, Conair officials stated that Ganim's background "includes nearly 30 years of success in sales, management and executive leadership, as well as a degree in finance."

"We interviewed many high-quality candidates from many industrial equipment companies and several other industries," said Kirk Winstead, who has been President of Conair since 2018, and also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Conair's parent company IPEG Inc. official.

"Our main goal is to attract an accomplished executive who has a good leadership record and achieves consistent results in a highly competitive environment. As Conair continues to experience amazing growth, we need to expand our The ability to serve customers and maximize the efficiency of our entire business. Jason Ganim brings us leadership experience in many industrial and manufacturing companies, and is eager to understand our industry, products and customers."

Most recently, Ganim served as a senior executive at Cleveland, Ohio-based Transtar Industries, a distributor of automotive aftermarket parts. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia, majoring in finance.

Conair manufactures resin drying, mixing, feeding, conveying/material handling equipment, heat transfer systems and temperature control equipment, pelletizers, and downstream/upstream extrusion systems. The company is represented by Dier International Plastics Inc. in Ontario and Industries Laferriere in Quebec.
