Dejiayuan Twin Screw Extruder: The SJSZ65 high torque twin screw extruder is wildly used for the pelletizing of some high polymers.PVC wood-plastic is one kind of product which is used PVC resin, wood powder or (vegetable fibre) as extruder the main materials, filled in Caco3, and added necessary extruder lubrication, stabilize etc auxiliaries.
After fully stirred heated and mixed, dispersed evenly by the high speed mixer, then heated and plasticized by the twin screw extruder and mould to form the wood materials .It is widely used for building templates, industrial packing, furniture cabinet, outdoor landscapes material and indoor decoration and so on.
The conical twin-screw extruder series is used for extrude PVC powder to become plastic pipe, profile, plate and etc when change different mould, screw and auxiliary equipments.
PVC profile extrusion line is mainly used to produce PVC window profiles, wide doors, elbowboards, multi-hole threading pipes(4-hole, 6-hole, 7-hole, 9-hole, etc). The line can adopt different twin screw extruders according to different profiles, sections and moulds, and also equip with vacuum forming table, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker or other auxiliary machines
