Application:
1.SJZ ,SJ series of conical twin-screw extruder is used for extrude PVC powder to become plastic pipe, profile, plate and etc when change different mould, screw and auxiliary equipments.
2.It includes screw, barrel, gear transmission system, heating, cooling and electric control and etc.
3.The screw has applied to oil cooling system. Bareel is cooled by special wind cooling system.
4.Vacuum exhausting and material feeding device is fixed with machine.
Features :
1,the fusion process of materials was optimized and then improve the extrusion amount.
2,Realize the extrusion of materials in low temperature.
3,Through the shearing action in the isolate gap, make the material to the good homogenization.
  The screw of this extruder have the advantage of optimizing material by melting process and creating maximum capacity. This Extruder is suitable for extruding HDPE/PP-R material.
